I really didn't like my Garmin mounted on the bars of my mtb as it felt more vulnerable and it cluttered up the cockpit. I was searching for a neater solution when I came across this and I'm really happy with it. I have broken one in a crash and it was slightly frustrating that I had to replace the whole thing, rather than just the fitting, but it was easy to remove and fit a new one. Overall it's been really secure and the Garmin has never come off.
I bought this with the little dry bag and have used it for various enduros and local rides in all sorts of weather. it’s been perfect for stashing tools and snacks onboard the bike as I don’t usually like wearing a backpack, the materials are top quality and it has never come loose on my P7 even in the rough stuff, i would definitely recommend to anyone who likes taking everything they need on the bike instead of a bag!
The battery cover on my eMTB (2022 Cube Stereo Hybrid TM) is poorly secured at one end and I was worried it would disconnect mid-descent and the cover would vanish leaving the very expensive battery vulnerable. No more concerns with this strap, just wrap it around the down tube above or below the bottle cage and cinch it up. Now the battery cover is going nowhere but home again with me and the battery is safe and covered. Very good value peace of mind.
Worth every penny/euro. It's so nice getting the Garmin off of the handle bars. Less likely to get damaged. Has not once come off riding some seriously blown out, brake bumped gnar. I do suggest using a small tether. I'm using a Garmin 830 and have had zero issues. Won't ever go back to a bar mount.
A great way to carry a spare tube etc without the paintwork rubbing of the usual Velcro straps. My bike doesn’t have bosses under the top tube so this stick on alternative is brilliant for me
Yep, all good! Does exactly what it is supposed to. The mount attaches securely to the saddle rails and the light sits firmly in the mount. Easy to install and easy to put the light into the mount. I use it for the See.Sense light but I am thinking about getting the Exposure TraceR fitting too.
I printed the diagram off the site to check the fitment on the bike prior to ordering and I’m please to say that the piggy was right at home on the frame! Space for my fidlock bottle plus all the kit I like to keep for trail side repairs.
The quality is top notch, all the bolts are included and the strap adjustment design means I can get everything super neat and secure.
Wish I had more bikes so I could fit one to them all!
Has stayed in place. If fitting on top tube make sure bars still spin round without the stem hitting your Garmin.
This is an amazing bit of kit. Really easy to install and just does it’s job. I use it for my rear Bontrager light and adapter because I have a dropper post.
Does a great job of holding gear while protecting the top tube paint job from scratches. I use mine with the piggy zip case, which is actually pretty weatherproof. 4 stars because the strap is a bit faffy to get tight, and it's hard to get on and off in a hurry.
I have purchased two of these mounts, for two cycles, for See Sense lights. They are ideal, easy to fit, secure and adjustable.
Excellent service ordered the wrong Mount no problem with return correct one arrived & boy it does stick like s### as well.
Excellent bit of kit definitely b buying more four my other bike
The mounts are great for mounting my Garmin just about anywhere on my frame. They stick well, hold tight and give me the ability to place the mount out of harms way while still being able to see the screen. Excellent product and highly recommended.
Great highly adjustable mount. Only flaw is the straps aren't great at keeping the product in place on the aerobars whilst riding. Even after securing them down tightly against the bars it slips slowly downwards from road vibration - I fixed this by applying some double sided tape underneath the straps - but a better solution with a modified strap must be out there
Hi Tom, it sounds like the rubber pads under the brackets are missing. I'll pop some in the post for you.
Plenty of options to choose from this effective mount came with plenty of adjustments to have it sitting just right between my bars allowing me to see the display whilst keeping my head up and eyes forward. Quality made part that was delivered on time. Good communication and helpful information in selecting the right product from the provider.
I did not have any bolt-on points and a top-tube bag. The ASS Clip solution was good for me. Though I had some changes to my stackers on my steerer tube to allow the clip ring to sit at the right height and retain my current stem height. The Clip itself was straightforward to mount on my top tube bag. Of course, with just the clip I still have my top tube bag with a velcro strap around the top tube, but the clip stopped the shifting of the bag.
Sticks well, looks slick and does the job perfectly. Expensive for what it is though.
Its brilliant, i used to use a single sided aerobar mount but that always had my computer at a less than convenient location and at an angle, which was always annoying. Now with this its exactly where it needs to be so centred, always visible when in aerobars and forward enough it doesnt interfere with my BTA bottle setup... my only regret is i never got it sooner
Well designed, well built, big enough for the essentials and easy to move from bike to bike. No complaints.
Great product allows you to get your cycle computer in exactly the right place for a TT loads of adjustment to get a great fit whatever your set up
Excellent service and received in a nice box well protected. Really pleased with product and set up on TT bars good visual of computer and no movement and good that I can position and fix anywhere, good little product, highly recommended.
Great bag holds more then you think, done a 100mile off road SDW needed something for extra bits worked well and looks cool
